What is the return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us athello@earthnomad.com.au.Please advise the order number and reason you are returning the item. If it is a change of mind you will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs for exchange of your item. No refunds or credits on change of mind purchases.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are designed in Australia and manufactured in China
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free to anywhere in Australia except WA. A flat fee of $15 will be charged to ship anywhere in Western Australia.
