About us

As long time 'vanlifers' and lovers of the outdoors, we were searching for outdoor camping mats that were functional but also looked great - there was nothing out there that we loved!

We were two busy mums with backgrounds in design and we felt inspired. Our vision became clear; we wanted to create outdoor gear that was beautiful, functional ('coz kids) and felt at home in the Australian wild. 

Ochre, red, pink and sage; these are the colours of the landscapes we love. Australia offers the most inspiring natural palette, and we wondered why more outdoor gear didn't speak to that? 

And so Earth Nomad was born.

We set about making adventure products that provide a solution to a problem we faced; products you love and use to death, that are robust yet gentle on the planet.
